The Summit is an annual event that brings together our three initiatives: Power Women’s Initiative, Power Veterans Initiative, and Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Initiative. 2024 was the first year we held this event, as an evolution of each initiative hosting their own annual summit. While we have three distinct initiatives, we all work from one initiative mindset. During this three-day event, initiative stakeholders discuss where we are, where we’re going, the challenges and opportunities ahead, and what we can learn from one another.
